At PlushDreamsE, we want you to be completely satisfied with every dress, T – shirt, and pair of pants you purchase from us. We understand that sometimes an item may not fit as expected, the color may look different in person, or you may simply change your mind. That’s why we offer a hassle – free returns policy to ensure that you can shop with confidence.
Eligibility for Returns
You are eligible to return an item within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all the original tags and packaging intact. This includes dresses that still have their hangtags, T – shirts with their size and care labels, and pants that are in their original plastic wrapping. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, such as stains, tears, or odors.
Return Process
- Initiate the Return: To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at +1 507 403 1644. Provide us with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN).
- Package the Item: Carefully package the item you wish to return in its original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged, you can use a similar – sized box or envelope. Make sure to include the RAN inside the package.
- Ship the Item: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item reaches us safely. - Processing the Return: Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the item is approved for return, we will process your refund within 5 – 7 business days.
Refund Options
- Original Payment Method: If you paid for your order using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal, we will refund the amount to the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
- Store Credit: If you prefer, you can choose to receive store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method. Store credit can be used to purchase any item on our website, including dresses, T – shirts, and pants. We will issue the store credit within 24 hours of approving your return.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process as above. Once we receive your returned item and approve it for exchange, we will ship the new item to you at no additional cost (excluding any difference in price if applicable). Please note that exchanges are subject to availability of the desired item.
Exceptions
There are some exceptions to our returns policy. We do not accept returns for final – sale items, which are clearly marked on our website. Additionally, personalized or customized items, such as dresses with custom embroidery or T – shirts with personalized prints, cannot be returned unless they are defective.
